PORK CHOP SANDWICHES!!!!

No they weren’t sandwiches, but I have stumbled upon a tastey little treat recently. Kraft foods makes a product that is very similar to their “Shake N Bake” meat coatings, but it’s called “Oven Fry”. Seeing that they made a pork variety and that it seemed really easy to make, I gave it a shot. The results? Um, DELICIOUS! The coating gets super crispy and the meat stays exceedingly moist on the inside. The coating is mild, not overpowering the natural flavor of the meat. It only takes about 20-30 minutes to bake these fuckers up, which is just enough time to steam some green beans and make up some mac n chee and you pretty much have the best dinner ever.
