sorry beard and chopstick, this may bum you out. this is video sucks so bad i couldn’t stop watching. at about 2:25 jefferson starship starts singing to a huge boner. then at about 3:00 hag face bea arthur sings and with Greedo doing the robot. then at the end carrie fisher sings to everyone just like she sings to me in my dreams after we make love in the open sky of the cloud city.

Hahaha, I actually own this. I picked it up at a Sci-Fi convention in San Jose when I was a Sophmore–forever sealing my legacy as a Star Wars geek. Chewbacca’s blue screen world of Kashyyyk? who wouldn’t love that?
I am going to need a copy of this whole 2 hour show.
Wow. I am speechless. I am not sure what disturbs me the most:
1. That Starship ever had a career after they stopped being Jefferson Airplane.
2. That some casting director actually thought to themselves “Star Wars Holiday Special? This is gonna mean a chance to work with Bea Arthur!”
3. That creepy ass scene with the girl in the silver outfit.
It should have come as NO surprise that Lucas would let the entire franchise go down the shitter with the 3 recent movies after seeing this pile. Lucas is like the guy who scores the hot girl in high school somehow, and then proceeds to only take her on dates to Jack In the Box. He had this great thing, and only managed to run it into the ground.

So what if it’s embarrassingly awesome it was funny enough for me to put off drinking to watch it a second time. Carrie Fisher singing gave me chills. CHILLS I tell you.
I can’t believe they got the actors to come back and do that shit.
