Much like PEZ, the bike dispenser issues you a bike that you can ride around town, then return when not needed. No word if they have cherry flavored bikes or not. Each bike is tracked by RIFD chips, so they’ll know if you are heading down to the redlight district. Why can’t we have something kick ass like this? I guess we sorta do. 
We just need to strap some peddles on them, and a slurpee cup holder.
