Flexing Your Power Sucks

I have posted about this before… Its hot here in So. Cal. So hot we have had some power outages. I was reading about ways to pitch in and help save electricity. Turn off lights that are not being used, run A/C, dishwasher and washing machine after 7pm. The problem I’m quickly finding out is that my house is hot as fuck… inside.
The above picture is a photo of my thermostats this afternoon. Keep in mind all the windows were open with 3 fans in various places (this was the only running electricity I used all day), and it was still super hot. I don’t think I can go another hot day without running the A/C for a few hours during the day for the sake of my pets. My 2 cats have been really lethargic, way more then usual. My dog pants alot, I found that feeding him ice cubes cools him off.
