I think the line should be placed in the sand. For men, either you wear t-shirts and jeans to your job or you wear a full blown suit. There is no reason why polo shirts and tan pants should be allowed. Do you have power or do you work a blockbuster, are you a CEO or are you trying to sell me roses and Toys out of your backpack? Who fucking knows cause everyone thinks business casual is okay.
