The Whateves Diet Challenge: Cooking good meals.

Its important to eat right and cook yourself good meals. This is a recipe for Chicken and Pears, it looks fun to make and uses a lot of salt. However, the recipe could use more cowbell.

You need:

1 chicken (with all its parts on)

4 Pears

Salt

Cowbell

So, If you got a Nintendo Wii and your ready to use it to lose weight, stay in shape or have fun. I suggest you play each day for 30mins straight. With in Wii Sports there is a Training game and Fitness Game. It makes you do repeated action while playing, tennis, bowling and baseball. Its a pretty fun way to move your body around. It charts your progress as well, each time you play. Shitty thing was my first round the wii told me my wii fitness age was: 41. I need to improve.
Making your Fitness Guru: I make mine Richard Simmons cause frankly it makes me laugh every time i see it. I would really like someone to make Tony Little, or Susan Sommers, oh shit! When I get home I’ll make Susan Powters (STOP THE INSANITY) mii for any girls that want to come wii Fitness with me.

So last night I stumbled across Traineo.com

It’s an Awesome website that helps you track your progress, and you can have a couple friends as trainers. I joined up seemed a good way to keep track of diet and exercise. It will help you see your goal, and graph shit out for you. It’s basically the Myspace of getting in-shape.
