The movie for the dog lady in us all.

Dude! I LOVE this movie. I love it as much as going to the dog park and watching all the crazy people who look like their dogs and talk about them in the third person.

If you are like me, and get embarrassed when your dog acts the fool when you have company over, then you will love this movie.

Molly Shannon is so great. She nails it. And so does everyone else in this movie. Every moment is crisp with the awkwardness and brilliance that makes working, paying bills, counting calories, plucking your unibrow, and cleaning up warm dog shit with a thin plastic bag all worth it.

I say Y-E-S.

Mika, You Rule!

My friend Mika is really talented not to mention super creative. For Christmas I commissioned her to make a pillow using a picture I took of my dog Klaus. She first illustrated him, then created an appliqué out of vinyl and some other fabrics and then sewed him to the pillow…. Taaa-daaa. We are so happy with our new Klaus pillow, I just had to share it with everyone.

Along with creating custom pillows to order, Mika also creates custom dresses, vinyl toys, cards and just about anything. She even made appliqué Frosted Cupcakey Christmas ornaments for the shop.
