While I’m still waiting for MadEx’s review of Be Kind Rewind, someone went ahead and “sweded” the entire Back To The Future trilogy.

Today I woke up at 4am to watch what I thought would be a simple Arsenal win vs Birmingham City. But what I saw instead has left me feeling ill all day today.

At about 3 minutes in to the start of the game Martin Taylor completely mis-timed a tackle and went in studs-showing on Eduardo Da Silva. Just 2 days before his 26th birthday the Brazilian born striker ended up breaking his leg in 2 places, his tibia and fibula both snapped and his foot was just dangling. I have uploaded photos but they are really graphic. Only look if you think you can handle it.

Needless to say Euardo’s season is over, Champions League is over and I don’t think there is anyway he will heal in time to play for his country, Croatia in the Euro 2008 Cup in June. I’m no doctor but I’m guessing its going to take at least a year to heal and I doubt he can ever walk again without pain, let alone play soccer ever again.

I’m really sad about this, he was really enjoyable to watch this season and is so talented. I’m sending good thoughts your way Eduardo, your young, talented, motivated and a hell of a striker. I hope you heal properly and without any problems.

For those of you know me, you may know that I have a vast love for all things meat, guns and America… and now I have been vegan for almost a weak. I could give a shit about animals, but decided I am giving a shit about the Whateves Diet Challenge. Since I work hundreds of hours a week, I usually don’t eat until about 4pm and then go to Taco Bell. So upon MadsEx’s recommendation, I ordered VeginOut food delivery last week. It was all really good, but just a little too vegetarian for me. You know how Pasta is vegetarian, but you don’t think of it as some crazy vegetarian food? That is the kind of vegetarian I could be. Not the one who is eating legumes tossed in tofu sauce with soy protein powder. However, someone at work had a HOT AND READY and I did not even have one piece. So I am continuing on with Vegin Out, but I think I might look around for a less vegetarian option. Beach Day, here I come.

All this excitement over Tecktonik dancing is a little for nothing if you ask me, I know that dance is ever evolving with new trends, with france getting all hot these days with techno, seems like they need a dance for it. But can we at least see that French people are white, and white people aren’t good at krumping, and calling it Tecktonik dancing isn’t enough to cover the half ass attempt to krump and vogueing your mullet isn’t helping anyone.
