For some reason I can’t get enough of the George Lopez show. I started watching it by accident during at vacation on a TV that only received a few channels. Every night my wife and I tune in to Nick at Night and laugh at all the antics he gets in to. The show mainly revolves around the misadventures of George Lopez at the factory, his adventures and his relationship with his mother, wife, father in law, friends, and his children.

One fact that I didn’t know was: after a couple years of performing stand-up comedy, Lopez was approached by actress Sandra Bullock to produce and star in a comedy. Bullock was concerned about the lack of Hispanic-oriented sitcoms on American television and pushed to get a sitcom on television that starred Hispanics but wasn’t exclusively about the Hispanic American community.

    I love it when Phil shows his sensitive-suburban-normal-married guy side. I can easily see him grilling burgers on the weekends with a “kiss the chef” apron on, Budweiser in hand, and Jimmy Buffet playing on the hi-fi. Not unlike this guy:

    dude i am litterally the # i fan of this show! i watch the re runs, i have ten million pics of geogre and the crew on my wall! i repeat everthing! i even have one of his joke ( i recorded it off my boughten season) as a ringtone! and i saved up and worked more to get the money to go see him @ the fox theature! OMFG when he came out i alomst screamed! i got to sit up pretty close too! i know all of geores comedy acts also i have a sweater with george on it… so im obcessed… big woop!… and theres other shit too.. but all well.. ……… but dont get me wrong I HAVE A LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    (okay my last one 4 today) i had a dream were like i was haveing my 13th bday party and my mom got a call that ended with…. o thanks she will love this! she is ur #1 fan! thank you!…… i was like huh?… so my friends and i were calming down after danceing and singing to music… we headed downstairs to open presents and the door bell rang… i went to get and when i opened the door geogre lopez was standing there with a red ribbon an his head! i SCCCCRRREEEEAAAMMMEEEDD! i hope yal know that that was like the best dream ever! if i came true i would probley pee my pants!
