Whateves Diet Challenge: Madex Before and After.

So back in September I had my hopes set high, but by December I hadn’t maid enough progress, nor had anyone else. I laid low hoping no one remembered the whateves diet challenge. But becoming 200 pounds was a shocker and I knew I had to take this challenge seriously. So I Kicked it into high gear, giving myself 3 months to kick my body back into shape so I could continue to work out and eat right so that I would stop being a human eye sore.

As of March 26th, I lost 25lbs.

Over the course of the work out I got down to 170lbs, but the with weight training, I am starting to gain back weight, but it is muscle weight, not donut weight.

I didn’t do everything I set out to do.

I simply Swam everyday except Saturday.

I ate a vegan diet everyday except Saturday.

I stopped drinking all alcohol during the week except Saturday.

I lifted weights 3 days a week, focusing on upper and lower body and heavy repetitions.

Saturdays, all bets were off, I ate and drank whatever I wanted, and my body paid for it for a few days after, but it was worth it.
Unfortunately, the wii wasn’t as instermental in my success as I had hoped, I didn’t play wii very much this past few months.

Also, I didn’t fuck everything in site like I was hoping. But I am glad to report soon after the before picture was taken I met someone awesome, who has helped me keep on the track to being healthy. I’m no longer single.

I have a new 3 month goal, these coming months I will change up my past routine, now I will include Bike Riding, Yoga and Stair Running.

    Nice work!!! I have gained 20 lbs. I’m so sad. But I started this week with a new diet plan. See you in 3 months!

    I did. I went from 119lbs to 108.
    I did not go to the gym.
    instead, I got a divorce. I will spend the next month in the gym toning up my new post marriage body and will be taking after photos may 1
