The Gold Room is a local Echo Park divish bar, I say Divish cause they had a recent remodel to church up the place, new mirrors and LED lights. Primarily a mexican man hang out, could or could not be a down low gay bar? Whatever the case may be its slowly been taken over the “new” people in the neighborhood, much like little joy (picture the PCH club with warm beer) and the Rampart Police old watering hole; The short stop. Im not sounding the siren of gentrification, cause that siren is tired. I just am somewhat tickled at the youtube advertisement. There is nowhere to sit, let alone bust a move in this place, should be great.
Sadly the bartenders used to have huge boobies and show them off, New outfits in the upgrade hid the huge boobies, and less boobies is prolly why they have to hold a 90’s night.
