Dead Elvis Shoes
I was shopping at the Shoe Warehouse in Burbank last week…yeah yeah i know…and i stumbled upon a glorious find! Apparently the Elvis Presley Estate decided to make a line of ‘hip’ Elvis shoes to appeal to the new generation. The shoes are fantastically awful and I am not the only one who thought so as the whole line was incredibly discounted and on sale. Of course I had to buy a pair but I went with the lesser of evils buying one’s I might actually wear…of course I’ve worn them nowhere so far…but I will oh yes I will! They even created a website for these hipster Elvis shoes and guess what “Elvis shoes are no longer available” or in Elvis speak “Elvis shoes have left the building!” So shake those hips of yours and run to the Shoe Warehouse and grab a pair of these rockin’ shoes! FYI…I bought the gray/white/red one’s below with velcro!

I big part of me wishes those were the Kurt Cobain shoes.
I cant believe they didnt make an Elvis TCB (Taking Care of Business) shoe. When I went to Graceland it was on the side of his jet across the street.

Bought myself a pair of these as well, at a VERY discounted price. I’m considering going back and buying another pair as they had two in my size.
Shame that they only lasted a few months.
[...] we’ve seen the Kurt Cobain shoe disaster, and Simon posted about bastard Elvis discount shoes, and we’ve known about the back to the future shoe release for sometime now, [...]
Those came out last year made by Ed Hardy designed by Tanita Grays they only had an 8-12month run just to commemorate elvis’ legacy. They ran about $80-230 depending on which model, and actually sold fairly well. But of course have alot of left over stock so these insanely ugly shoes that I have every pair of can be had for dirt cheap!!! but they are fairly good on the quality and are pretty comfortabel.
