Domo must be bigger then I realized. He is the mascot for halloween candy at Target® now. I was there today and was caught off guard at how huge the halloween section was. A woman said to another woman, “It looks like a hairy turd with fangs”. Good enough for me. They even had a huge stuffed animal of him hanging from the ceiling.
At the end, the movie doesn’t add up to much, but it’s fast, funny and dark hearted. It lets a bunch of top-drawer actors exercise their comic muscles. The Coen Brothers are smart, after winning the academy award last year for No Country for Old Men, they came out with a smile fest of funny mishaps. I enjoyed it, I took it for what it was and left the theater smiling. The highlight of the film for me is the two scenes where two CIA agents are talking about the events of the “League of Morons” played by Francis McDormand, Brad Pitt and George Clooney. I would pay money to watch those two men talk all day, heck, I wish they were the entire movie.

After being in a cast for about 2ish months my dog Klaus finally is healed! He broke a bone in his paw playing Frisbee (To catch up, First post: Never A Dull Moment Part 1, Second post: Never A Dull Moment Part 2)
He has a slight limp but that was to be expected after having his leg wrapped for so long. The limp will go away as it strengthens. But for now we walk around Long Beach with our “Mad Crip Walk”.
